About Dr. Jason S. Pfeifer, OD
Before moving to the Cedar Rapids area in 2004, Dr. Pfeifer practiced in Rockford, Illinois and Charlottesville, Virginia. He has been with Target Optical for over 6 years.
Dr. Pfeifer has been involved in both the Iowa and American Optometric Associations. He enjoys playing the guitar, participating in many kinds of sports, and engaging in family activities with his wife, Patricia, and children, Raina, Nikolaus, and Amara.
Educational background
Dr. Pfeifer grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He attended Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2000.
